We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, resume content. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
Your data is used to provide the service, send transactional emails (OTP, receipts), and improve AI models. We never sell your personal data or resume content to third parties.
All data is stored on AWS infrastructure (US East). Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are never stored — we use email OTP authentication.
Resume content is sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) solely for generating requested content. AI providers do not use your data to train their models under our enterprise agreements.
You can export or delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. For GDPR/CCPA requests, contact privacy@ai-career-copilot.com.
